He has more than thirty years of experience gained in leading international consulting firms and prestigious Italian firms in the field of tax, corporate consulting and auditing for both Italian and multinational companies.
He is specialized in transfer pricing, tax planning, M&A, corporate restructuring, tax litigations, tax audits, auditing and supervision (Auditor and Statutory Auditor) of national companies and Italian companies belonging to multinational groups.
