The event will focus on the changing legal framework and the impact of the recent tax reform on collectors. Methods and instruments for the protection of artistic heritage will be discussed, such as the creation of collectors’ trusts, corporate instruments, ETS and foundations. Finally, the topic of succession of works of art will be explored.
The speakers will be Paola Bergamin, Certified Public Accountant and Partner of Belluzzo International Partners and Giovanna Mazza, Lawyer and Senior Consultant of Belluzzo International Partners. Paolo Mozzo, CEO EBLand, will introduce and moderate the event.
