The “Italian non dom” regime is attracting interest within a fair competition environment. The meeting will be the occasion to make a first balance of the Italian law, with a practical prospective examining some real cases and the approach of the Italian Authorities. Our firm gathered a consistent number of applicants to the new Italian flat tax regime and it is also one of the first mover on the “Investor Visa” programme for Italy, started last December 2017, which is a necessary step for those applicants without an EU passport.
