Italy – “Liquidity” aDecree published in the Official Journal
On March 17th, 2020 the Italian Government urgently approved the Law-Decree No.18 of March 17th, 2020 (“Cura Italia” Decree), that includes several measures aimed at reducing the economic and financial impact of the pandemic Covid-19 and provide economic support to families, workers and businesses.
A second Law-Decree, No.23 of April 8th, 2020 (“Liquidità” Decree) introduces further measures for Italian businesses, partially affecting and extending the measures set out by the “Cura Italia” Decree.
We are monitoring the evolving situation, also looking at the ongoing discussion within the EU Institutions.
