Belluzzo International Partners, with a team made up of equity partner Enrico Rimini and special counsel Gianluca Monti, acted as financial advisor to WebScience Srl in the sale of its share capital to the German company adesso SE.

WebScience, an Italian software company established in 2000 with offices in Italy and Bulgaria, specialises in agile software development.

With the acquisition of WebScience, adesso SE, which is listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange and specialised in consulting and software development services in various business areas, strengthens its presence in the Italian market.

WebScience was assisted by Studio LCA for the legal aspects.

adesso SE was assisted by Pedersoli Studio Legale and Equita K Finance – Clairfield International Italy, who acted as their financial advisor.
