Belluzzo International Partners alongside Lefay Resorts in the joint venture with Marriott International

Our Firm assisted Lefay Resorts with the structuring and the tax and corporate aspects relating to the joint venture entered into with Marriott International.

Lefay Resorts and Marriott International have entered into binding agreements for the development and expansion of the Lefay brand within the luxury wellness hospitality segment. The transaction, of a cross-border nature, предусматриes a 50–50 joint venture for the management and development of the brand through long-term management agreements, while retaining ownership of the real estate assets within the Leali family.

The agreement marks the entry of the Lefay brand into Marriott International’s portfolio as the first brand entirely dedicated to wellness.

The transaction further confirms the strength of the Leali family’s family business, which once again demonstrates its strategic vision and long-term approach in driving international expansion. It is a source of great pride for us to work alongside such clients.
