Belluzzo International Partners has assisted long-standing client SDG Group in joining forces with Halpenfield and strengthen the presence of SDG in the UK.
The deal has been tailored in London thanks to the professional assistance of the team headed by Ezio La Rosa. It has been provided full transactional services to the Italian based group holding, including structuring, due diligence and legal execution of the deal. As a result, Halpenfield became SGD Group UK&I.
