Daniel graduated in Law from the University of Rome “Roma Tre” with a thesis on “Piercing the corporate veil”. He took several exams in English, including Anglo American Company Law and International Business Contracts. During the last two years of his degree, he assisted the Professor of the Legal English class.
He has collaborated with Studio Legale Vallefuoco since 2009, having completed his legal practice there.
He provides assistance in the extrajudicial and judicial management of legal matters of ordinary and extraordinary nature with particular reference to international contracts, as well as the negotiation of commercial, civil, corporate and banking contracts. He also deals with matters of real estate law, leases, logistics, transport and debt collection, as well as family and employment law.
