Francesco graduated with first-class honours from Bocconi University in Milan. He then completed an Executive Master’s degree in Transfer Pricing and an advanced training program in M&A.
He has over ten years of experience at leading international consulting firms and law firms, specializing in international taxation, transfer pricing and corporate M&A.
He assists Italian and international corporate clients on matters of national and international taxation, tax compliance, accounting and corporate advisory services, management control, corporate finance, and M&A transactions.
He has gained significant experience in the energy & renewables, agri-pharma, chemicals, food and beverage, real estate, hospitality, fashion, IT and tech, and digital services sectors.
Francesco is also a speaker at courses and seminars and teaches on executive master’s programmes at universities and business schools.
