John Gower
Special Counsel
John is a Special Counsel to Belluzzo International Partners. He graduated from St Andrews University (MA, joint honours) and subsequently the UK’s College of Law. He is now based in Abu Dhabi.
John has first class tax and legal experience spanning more than 25 years.
For more than 20 years, he worked for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Clifford Chance LLP (London and Dubai offices), focused on UK tax and international tax structuring work. Since 2023 he has been providing bespoke tax consultancy services to various clients.
John is a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and has been for over 20 years, and is a practicing UK solicitor. He is also a member of the International Tax Services Group (ITSG).
