Peter Phillips

Peter’s expertise covers wills, probate, trusts, family law, property (both commercial and residential) and business law.

His approach is client-centred, bringing together all relevant aspects of law in an integrated solution: the concept is that ‘private client’ work is best understood – and practised – as aiming to help clients in all those situations in life where family money or assets are involved.

Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1974. Peter is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners).

He is able to communicate with clients and their advisers in German and French.
