Vincenza is a civil lawyer with particular expertise, judicial and extrajudicial, in the protection of personal rights and family law.
She has over ten years’ of consolidated experience in the management of disputes in favor of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and of the Ministry of Economic Development for the resolution of problems relating to the management of public funds and subsidy instruments on behalf of central and regional administrations in support of public policies to support craft businesses.
Vincenza is specialised in securities and real estate enforcement procedures and in preventive credit assessment.
She has been Legal Auditor of Cooperatives pursuant to Art. 7 Legislative Decree 220/2002 since 2016.
She has been a Privacy officer & Privacy Consultant since 2018.
