VD 2.0: Ecco le istruzioni operative
The Italian Tax Authorities delivered on December 16th the relevant instruction related to the Law 225/2016, relaunching the discosure programme for income and assets held abroad without tax compliance.
The new facility ends on July 31st, 2017 and states peculiar rules related to taxpayers who moved tax residence from 2010 onwords.
