The fund, set up in November 2020 with Belluzzo International Partners as tax advisor to Gamma Capital Markets, is reserved for professional investors with assets ranging from €8m to €80m.
The investment involved Cangrande 5 s.r.l., a real estate construction company operating in the Verona area that was created following an initiative of Credit Network & Finance s.p.a., part of the Frascino Group.
The fund completed the transaction by fully subscribing a capital increase resolved by the dedicated vehicle Sinergica s.r.l.
