Lorena is a Partner in the Firm. She has a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Lorena has consolidated experience in tax, accounting and corporate matters.
She is a tax consultant for companies, mainly in the banking sector but also industrial and commercial. She assists Customers both in day-to-day transactions (also in relation to incentives – such as Patent Box, Credit for Research and Development) and in extraordinary transactions and in the pre-litigation phase (appeals, assistance during tax audits, assessment with adhesion).
She also deals with the crisis and liquidation of companies, also by taking on the role of liquidator.
Lorena is a speaker on courses and seminars and regularly contributes articles for sector related press.
