The Firm assisted Cornelli Srl, active in the production and trade of corrugated cardboard packaging, in the sale of a business unit to Grifal, a SME listed on AIM Italy. The activity was followed by our Partner Stefano Barone and by the lawyer Chiara Gandini who assured the client of the desired deal. The counterpart was assisted by Studio NCTM and by Studio BNC.
