Chiara is a Lawyer. She was awarded a Master’s Degree in Oil&Gas Law and Economics at the Catholic University in Milan.
Chiara deals predominantly with civil law; in particular with trust and asset protection, corporate and commercial law in general and in particular M&A procedures and international contracts.
Chiara has built her experience with leading law firms, assisting clients either in legal proceedings or in extrajudicial procedures.
