Club Deal in support of WOPTA Assicurazioni
Our firm structured the “W&F” Club Deal, in which a number of leading entrepreneurs and family offices invested in financial equity instruments.
The vehicle acquired shares in Wopta Assicurazioni, an innovative Milanese insurtech company, which raised approximately EUR 12 million in the first round – the ‘Asset Plus’ and ‘W&F’ Club Deals – further accelerating its growth.
With a phigital network, the company can already count on more than 200 direct deals and 2,500 other intermediaries, as well as partnerships with Cna – Confederazione Nazionale dell’Artigianato e della Piccola e Media Impresa, BeProf – Confprofessioni, Hype, Banca Sella and Switcho.
The professional activity was supervised by the founding partner Luigi Belluzzo, together with Dr Alberto Franceschetti and lawyer Ivan Mastrototaro.
