Lawyer, Senior Consultant of the Firm, after graduating in Law he obtained a master’s degree in tax law from the Business School of ‘Il Sole24Ore’.
Ivan gained specific experience in a leading tax firm, dealing mainly with tax and corporate consulting, governance models, estate planning and tax litigation.
He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and events on tax and corporate law and generational transition.
Ivan currently deals with family business, trusts, succession planning, corporate governance, national and international taxation of families and companies. Ivan is a TEP – Trust Estate Practitioner.
He is the author of publications on civil and tax matters.
