Francesca is a Lawyer, lecturer-researcher at the Tax Law Competence Centre (CCTG) SUPSI, specializing in international tax law with a focus on Italy-Switzerland relations.

She coordinates the Fiscaliste Ticino (FiTi) Group, serves on scientific committees for tax journals, and teaches international and EU tax law at SUPSI and abroad. She has contributed to the G20 Brazil Task Force for global tax reform and was invited as an expert to the EU Parliament’s FISC Subcommittee for a hearing on the FASTER initiative.

Francesca has authored numerous publications, including The Way of the Water: Defining a Global Tax Policy for Oceanic Resources – T20 Brazil 2024; New EU Common System for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (2024) and Toward a Global Minimum Tax on Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals? (2024)
