After two years as in-house counsel of major industrial groups, in 2000 he joined the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, which he left as a partner in September 2019 to establish his own firm, with colleagues from national and international firms and the academic world. In 2025 he joined Belluzzo International Partners with his team to create the Legal Corporate M&A practice, which he now leads internationally.

The professional activity carried out continuously in over twenty-five years of practice is mainly focused on commercial law, extraordinary transactions (mergers, acquisitions, demergers, capital transactions and joint ventures) private equity, capital markets and banking services and activities as well as, more generally, national and international contracts.
Over the years, he has collaborated with the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, as a lecturer on Master’s programmes and expert at the chair of Laws of Financial Market and Instruments. He is the author of several publications and articles on the main areas of specialisation.
Rodolfo is a qualified AIFO Family Officer (Registry ex Law 4/2013, MISE list) and assists families and HNV individuals, with a particular focus on legal and contractual schemes for the management of family businesses and family wealth protection, generational transitions, and alternative investments.
Rodolfo’s experience also includes assisting Italian and foreign clients in arbitrations administered by different institutions (including ICC, LCIA, AAA, Swiss Rules, Milan Chamber of Arbitration), in different legal systems (Italy, Switzerland, France, US, UK, United Arab Emirates, to name a few) and in a wide range of industrial sectors.
