Event 'Family Wealth. The management of family relationships in national and international settings' | Milan, 16 November 2023
There was a large turnout at the event ‘Family Wealth. The management of family relationships in domestic and international settings. International Couples and Comparing Cultures‘, which addressed the issue of the protection that different countries provide to family members in cases of international separation and divorce, with a particular focus on Italy and the United Kingdom.
What emerged from the meeting was the need to regulate the property aspects of the international family in advance, through the drafting of specific conventions, and the opportunity that exists in Italy to protect its economic interests through the instruments of negotiating autonomy provided by our legal system.
