A lawyer at the Milan Bar, Laura has many years’ experience in family law. She deals with separations and divorces, both consensual and judicial; amendments to the conditions of separation and divorce; custody and placement of minor children; civil unions; cohabitation regulations; procedures with international profiles; proceedings before the tutelary judge and the Juvenile Court; marriage conventions.
Laura is the author of the volumes “Grazie che te ne sei andato” and “Sposami ancora“, published by Cairo Editore, and of many guides for Il Sole 24 ore.
She collaborates with numerous weekly and monthly magazines: 27th hour Corriere della Sera, Natural Style, Gioia, Donna Moderna.
Laura drafted the text ‘Lo sapevi che anche questa è violenza’ (Did you know that this is also violence) distributed in Milan’s high schools for the Municipality of Milan.
She has collaborated in the drafting of several draft laws on family law and regularly participates as a speaker at conferences on family law.
