The transaction was supported, for tax aspects, by Belluzzo International Partners with a team coordinated by equity partner Lorena Pellissier.
The agreement provides for the integration into the Orvian ecosystem of the XuniPlay technology platform, dedicated to digital signage for the centralised and dynamic management of content in physical spaces, and Advooh, a programmatic platform for DOOH campaigns with geotargeting and real-time optimisation.
Meanwhile, fabbricadigitale has reinvested in the operation by acquiring a stake in Orvian while maintaining control of the acquired business units.
This acquisition will accelerate Orvian‘s growth thanks to operational synergies, while strengthening its technological offering with solutions covering the entire digital communication chain, from the point of sale to outdoor advertising.
The agreement will enable XuniPlay and Advooh to grow more rapidly by leveraging synergies with Orvian and accessing a larger market.
