Belluzzo International Partners acted as the tax advisor to Finint Investments on the acquisition of a 60% stake in A.M.
Led by partner Lorena Pellissier, the Belluzzo International Partners team carried out tax due diligence for Finint Investments, which acquired 60% of A.M.‘s share capital through the Finint Equity For Growth (Finint E4G) private equity fund.
Founded in 2008, A.M. employs over 100 people and closed the 2024 financial year with revenues of €10.6 million. The company provides high-quality solutions for the maintenance and installation of kitchen equipment for the catering sector.
The transaction aims to accelerate A.M.’s growth and promote the formation of a larger group, in line with growing client demand in the sector. Particular attention will be paid to supporting expansion in the strategic areas of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where A.M. already has a strong client base.
