Belluzzo International Partners, with Partner Lorena Pellissier and Consultant Maria Grazia Pelizzoni, acted as tax advisor to Xenon Aifm Sa on the tax due diligence of Kettydo+, Hic Mobile and Urbistat.
Xenon, BID Company, in which Xenon has held a stake since September 2022, and the three acquired companies formed A.I.GEN. – Advanced Intelligence Generation, a holding company focused on artificial intelligence, with a total turnover of approximately EUR 25 million.
The companies will continue to operate with operational autonomy, while benefiting from the Group’s expertise to accelerate growth.

Debt for the transaction was provided by Green Arrow Capital Sgr and Merito Sgr. The sellers were advised by Cavour Corporate Finance and Cygni.
