Belluzzo International Partners advised Esterminal Europea Servizi Terminalistici, a Sicilian company and leader in port logistics in the ports of Augusta, Palermo, Termini Imerese, Trapani, Porto Empedocle and Catania, on the transaction for the sale of 100% of its shares to Italian Shipping & Logistics Agency -ISLA, part of the German logistics group Ems-Fehn and specialist in logistics for wind energy.
