Francesco graduated with honours in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan, followed by a Master in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University (CERTI).
He is a member of the Milan Bar of Certified Public Accountants and the Register of Auditors.
He has over twenty years of professional experience in tax consulting with leading Italian professional firms, providing tax advice to national and international clients.
Francesco mainly deals with tax planning, M&A, corporate restructuring, real estate taxation, taxation of non-profit organisations and tax litigation.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of well-known national and international companies.
