Foreign tax credit riconosciuto anche per gli utili societari di fonte estera

In presenza di una Convenzione contro le doppie imposizioni il credito d’imposta spetta anche per i redditi di capitale di fonte estera percepiti direttamente da una persona fisica residente anche laddove gli stessi siano stati assoggettati a ritenuta a titolo d’imposta o ad imposta sostitutiva.
