TEP - Trust Estate Practitioner
Domenico has over 15 years’ experience of national and international tax law. He has been a TEP (Trust Estate Pratictioner) since 2012, and has provided legal and tax advice to international individuals and families, with particular reference to tax and inheritance planning, collectables and works of art, setting up and managing trusts, governance and generational transition.
Domenico has specific experience in assisting people and companies subject to tax audits and in the drafting of tax appeal requests.
He was an Officer of the Guardia di Finanza and worked for over ten years in the Italian Revenue Agency during which he was involved in tax inspections and assessments.
He is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree Course “Protection and transmission of family assets”, organised by STEP in collaboration with the Business School of Il Sole24Ore” and has attended the “VIII Tax Master’s Degree Course” of Il Sole24Ore and numerous tax law courses in Italy and abroad.
