Pronext is the Contec Group company specialising in legal-administrative support and economic-financial consultancy for public administration and the private sector.
PAM is a company specialising in technical-operational and legal-administrative support for the public and financial sector.
The lease of PAM’s business unit aims to consolidate Pronext’s position in advising the public sector and similar entities on investment management and procurement activities, including public-private partnerships.
The agreement between the parties includes the contracts already signed by PAM and the dedicated operational structure. The new corporate configuration will maintain the presence of the founder and sole director of PAM – Gian Domenico Volpi – and the operation of the Florence office, for which Pronext foresees a strengthening of the staff dedicated to consulting public administrations and supporting the management of e-procurement platforms.
The lease for the office will run for 24 months.
