Con la sentenza n. 2061, pubblicata lo scorso 28.01.2021, le Sezioni Unite della Corte di Cassazione si sono pronunciate risolvendo il contrasto esistente sulla regolamentazione degli effetti conseguenti ai contratti di leasing risolti prima dell’entrata in vigore della legge n. 124/2017.

L’Agenzia delle Entrate, in data 15 febbraio 2021, ha fornito la Risposta ad interpello n. 106 con riguardo al “Trattamento impositivo ai fini dell'imposta sulle successioni e donazioni di cui all'art. 2 del d.l. n. 262 del 2006 gravante sulle attribuzioni al beneficiario di beni vincolati in un trust estero revocabile, a seguito della revoca dello stesso trust”.
