The project is followed in its corporate structure and, in this specific case, with the help of a qualified financial intermediary, also presented to a small group of joint investors. The Firm monitored the “club deal” transaction, including the relations between the joint venturers, as well as the implementation until the final realisation and settlement of the results of the transaction.
