Examples of our case histories:
- A firm asks to structure a service that allows for a strong decentralisation of administrative and tax compliance issues, which is provided in an integrated way thanks to the dialogue between the firm’s and the Customer’s IT platforms.
- The holding company Alfa Srl may be subject to the regulations relating to the registry of relationships. It is therefore necessary to carry out a test on certain items in the company’s financial statements to ascertain whether or not they are required. If it falls within the parameters set out in the regulations, Alfa Srl must be assisted in carrying out the fulfilment.
- Peter, residing for tax purposes in Italy, holds financial assets abroad. It is therefore necessary to verify and carry out the Peter’s tax return obligations with respect to these assets, as well as the related tax burden in Italy.
