The Team deals with aspects relating to services sector and non-profit entities, from sector regulations to case law practice and practical and organisational aspects. The team also focuses its activity on the development of solutions in the so-called After Us area, aimed at the implementation of assistance and protection programmes for ‘weak’ subjects, identifying the legal solutions that are best suited to achieve the objectives of protection.
Examples of our case histories:
- A group of subjects involved in the health sector asks to set up a recognised foundation in order to support research in the field of a given pathology, verifying the requirements for the creation of the new body, its organisation and the preparation of the rules for carrying out its activities, the costs and the fiscal impact of the operation.
- The parents of a child with a severe disability, fearing that tomorrow they will no longer be able to provide for his or her needs, are calling for one or more instruments to be found immediately to protect their child in the future.
